Ela Kizhi: This is a kind of steam therapy using herbal leaves.  The mixture is prepared by cutting leaves of Arka (Calotropis gigantea), Karanja ( Pongami aglabra), Dhatura ( Datura metel), with coconut, mustard and rock salt. The mixture is them heated in coconut oil later applied in kizhi.
